Taking a Short Pause — I’ll Be Back Next Weekend

This weekend’s popup is officially canceled.
Not because I wanted to cancel it… but because my body basically made the decision for me.

The last few days have been rough health-wise, and after pushing through for a while, I had to admit I need a couple days to actually rest and recover instead of trying to “power through” and pretend I’m fine.

So instead of showing up exhausted and running myself into the ground, I’m choosing to take care of myself now so I can come back strong next weekend.

That’s the reality of building something handmade and real.
There’s no giant corporation behind UNHiNGED Bakery. It’s just me — baking, creating, filming, packing, planning, working my other job, and trying to build this life one chaotic step at a time.

And honestly? I think part of this brand has always been about being human first.

Not polished.
Not fake perfect.
Not “girlboss grindset until your organs fail.”

Just real life. Real people. Real food. Real effort.

I appreciate every single person who planned to stop by this weekend, who shares my posts, buys cookies, hypes me up, or simply follows along while I build this weird beautiful thing from scratch.

I’m already planning next weekend’s popup and fully intend to be back with fresh bakes, thick cookies, chaos, and probably way too much browned butter.

Thank you for giving me grace while I take a breath and recover a little.
